  • Responsible for engaging with Internal and External Clients
  • Guarantee the IT team service levels and key metrics accomplishment 
  • Management of IT staff including recruitment, performance management, team building, and termination
  • Coordinate and execute weekly deployment, Jira Tickets (WFH and WFS environment), and on-site support (operations needs in terms of equipment, troubleshooting, etc) also is responsible for guaranteeing all systems, policies, and security procedures.
  • Support the implementations team to guarantee success on processes, tools, resources, etc, for new clients or expansion  
  • Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented
  • Guarantee the BCP in terms of IT 
  • Accountable for tracking and organization of all assets (Inventory)
